Debsfray loves Adire. This one feeling sums up all that we do and why we do them in that way. Often when Dolapo, the lead designer & founder, is asked about the various creations, she answers, "I don't know, I just love it."
We are actively involved in every part of our creations. From sourcing the varying kinds of fabric we use, to the dyeing patterns & processes; everything is done with care, love, and particularly, mindfulness. In playing our part in normalizing Adire's & other African prints presence in our current global world, we are very mindful about all involved and our impact.

Our Mindset Here at Debsfray
Adire by its nature is unique. The way our fabrics are dyed ensures that no exact replica is produced, even if the exact same process is repeated. This is quite unlike a few other African prints and the reason is simple, we want every experience at Debsfray to be unique.
Often, clients want particular pieces that have been earlier publicized on our socials, but we sadly are unable to honour those requests because each of our pieces are unique. A recreation close to the request could be done, however it's not exactly the same as the original since Adire printing is simply unique. We embrace this feature too, because each outfit and Masterpiece has its unique clothing experience to offer.
